During the may patch event, they had posters up on the website including facebook page and other affiliated pages. On the posters, they would include a redeem code which would get you some gifts including sprays, gp, among other things....The posters had limited amount of redeems whereas when the number of redeemers got to this number, you would not be able to get it anymore - and thus, most likely, the ribbon. They released...I believe...10? or 11 posters. They look something like this:
